Transport Manager CPC Refresher

This two day course is offered to provide Transport Managers with
Up to date information on all new legislation relating to the Managers CPC qualification and keep you fully informed of new rules regarding your role as Transport Manager.

You will be presented with a certificate of attendance on completion of the course, which can be provided to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner if required.

Operator Licence Awareness Course (OLAC)

This course provides an overview of the operator licensing system and details the fundamental undertakings that apply to operators. It has been designed to help drivers and transport professionals at all levels develop an active role in ensuring legal compliance within their operation.

Ideal for any transport professional involved in the administration of transport related issues, those wishing to prepare for their Transport Manager CPC qualification, or who are responsible for the governance of a transport operation. This course offers 7 CPC accredited hours (upload fees apply).

I am passionate about the haulage industry, road safety and compliance and after teaching qualifications I aim to bring my own take on DCPC, making the courses more engaging enjoyable and rewarding.

I provide comprehensive training programs customized to meet individual needs, ensuring drivers stay current with their CPC training requirements. This service also supports experienced professionals in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest compliance standards.

What are transport manager CPC grandfather rights?

Grandfather rights certificates (GFR) were issued by the Department for Transport, to transport managers with experience of running goods and passenger operations in the 1970s and were used as proof of professional competence up until 2013.GFR certificates were replaced in December 2011 by new Acquired Rights certificates.
Holders of a GFR certificate, who did not apply for an Acquired Rights certificate before November 2013 and have not since achieved a transport manager CPC qualification, will no longer be allowed to work as a transport manager until they have passed a transport manager CPC exam.
